Our institute owns a flow analyser (model AMS/Alliance FUTURA-2) for the analyses of nutrients (nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, dissolved silica and phosphate).

However, we normally analyse nutrients manually using a microplate reader (SkanGO Thermofisher) and small volumes of samples (1 mL or less) as we often have to analyse samples from core incubations and porewater with limited volumes available.
